Shipping 

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. Many of our pieces are custom made to order and require additional time to produce. Please note for these items. The estimated production time will be listed on the product detail page.

UJI and is not responsible for incorrect address information. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back at our studio, and will incur a reshipment fee. 

UJI and cannot intercept and redirect packages once they have shipped.

UJI and is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once we have received delivery confirmation from the carrier. If you are concerned about receiving an item, please select a Signature Confirmation upon delivery and ensure your recipient will be in town on the arrival day.

Any delivery date provided for packages is an estimate.UJI and is not responsible for shipping delays incurred at the receiver's end.

UJI and does not cover shipping costs for repairs, returns, or exchanges. In these cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

** ALL FACE MASKS ARE FINAL SALE. Please discuss with us any questions you have before placing an order, so you will get the right product with the correct size. 

We are a small atelier offering handmade and small production pieces. We kindly ask you to promptly let us know if items do not work for you. We accept domestic returns within 10 days of purchase date.

International orders are final sale. 

To process your return, please email us and we will respond with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and return address.

All goods must be returned in perfect condition (Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed) along with a copy of your original UJI and invoice. Please indicate on the back of your invoice form the reason for your return. In case goods are not available for exchange, you will receive a credit or refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles. Please note that a package refusal does not suffice as a request for a refund. We reserve the right to decline your return if these conditions are not met. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer and not credited. 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Please ship your return using a delivery service with tracking capabilities.

Sales Tax
