All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. Deliveries will be made according to those order specifications. If you would like a signature required at drop off please state that in the notes section of the order. Please indicate if you would like to release the signature from your delivery. If you would like to schedule a delivery intercept, reroute your package, or attempt a redelivery, you will be responsible for the associated charges. We cannot change or alter the delivery method once shipped.
Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Orders are processed within 48 business hours. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-10 business days depending on the shipping method selected.
You will be charged USPS/UPS shipping and handling fees based on the type of service chosen at checkout.

How We Pack
We ship completely plastic free. We only use post-consumer packing materials to ship our products! We use the boxes that we receive our purchases, boxes that we got from our friends and neighbors, even the boxes that we found in the recycling bins. If they are reusable, we do.
We seal our boxes with non-reinforced paper tape that is activated by water using a plant-based glue. It is 100% recyclable, compostable, and plastic free.
Returns & Exchanges
We are a small atelier offering handmade and small production pieces. We kindly ask you to promptly let us know if items do not work for you. We accept domestic returns within 14 days of purchase date.
International orders are final sale.
To process your return, please email us and we will respond with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and return address.
All goods must be returned in perfect condition (Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed) along with a copy of your original UJI and invoice. Please indicate on the back of your invoice form the reason for your return. In case goods are not available for exchange, you will receive a credit or refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles. Please note that a package refusal does not suffice as a request for a refund. We reserve the right to decline your return if these conditions are not met. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer and not credited.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Please ship your return using a delivery service with tracking capabilities.
Sales tax is charged based on the customers shipping address.
